Pants

One of my pet peeves are the boys that wear pants that are falling off. The ones that are barely hagging showing all of their underclothes. I have a few years to worry about this and hope the "fashion" statement goes out before I do but I have a plan just in case.

I buy my sons clothes and unless he wants to buy his own I will not buy pants like that and I will make sure he always has underoos - No one would want to show off their spidey undees right?

The other idea is so sew his undershorts to his pants so they dont slide.

I ran into that with my oldest when Will Smith was so hip... wide leg pants...the boxer thing became popular. We outlawed mimicing the "gang chain" dress code and limited the width of his pants. Remember those very wide and drag on the ground pants. Now with our other sons it's this extreme thigh riders.
Good grief. I DO/HAVE said something like this, "do you know your underwear is showing?" AND what about those girls...eeeww!!! thongs and cracks showing on them low riders!!!

Agreed.

You know what's even worse? Boys wearing girls skinny jeans. They hang down their bums AND are skin tight. It's horrible.

haha,I'm always tempted to just rup their pants down to their ankles! Seems like thats where they want them right?
Just teach your son that a guy in good, (well_fitting) jeans gets all the cute girls. haha

Otherwise known as the Dagenham cleavage. First sported by builders and assorted tradesmen, the style is only complete these days if the trousers reveal a well known brand of underpants such as Calvin / Joe Bloggs etc. The thing is, no matter how flash the undergarments, being boys, they don't change them for about a month...

Oh those aren't in style, anymore. You don't even want to contemplate what's in style now.

There is a natural amount of self-expression that comes with the development of youth, often amplified when the adolescent phase is hit. It's up to parents to decide what is too much. A lot of children never get this attention.

I actually remember seeing some jeans when I was younger that literally had the top of what looked like underwear sewn on. Reading the end of your post reminded me of that.

As a middle school teacher, I see underpants all day. I hollar to kids all the time "dude, you need to make sure you know how to wipe your butt before you wair your pants like that." I try to embaress them, but is seldom works. They are required to wair a belt, and tuck in their shirts, but again they manage to pull their underpants out. It is so gross, and I keep thinking "Teachers have affairs with this!? EWW!!!!"

I also hate such guys who wears too low pants. I think it's disgusting because there are many ladies around them and some time the situation are like very embracing for dissent people like us and I feel that Please God give this shameless boys some shame and manners.

Hey folks. I would like to offer some unsolicited advice. Don’t declare your occupation unless you are up to its standards and always try to preview your posts in a program such as Word. Oh, and a quick last read looking for grammatical errors within the context of the vernacular you are using is a good practice. Why? Because sometimes the only contact you will ever have with a person will be through the written (typed) word. You are a perceived person once you hit the enter key. Because typing and spelling are ranked in my skills set somewhere in between interacting with aliens from space and being able to sign the language “Poodle” to a deaf canine of the same persuasion, I type in Word and then copy and paste where need be. Yes, this is for many people but more so for a middle school teacher who misspelled “holler”, “embarrass”, and the word “wear”, twice (which has at least 3 ways it can be spelled but “wair” is not one of them). You need to realize what you are teaching to the many that have mommas other than you. If you misspell words and take points from your students for misspelling, what does that teach them?
